RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love everything you order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

How long do I have to return something? You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

What can be returned? Most items are eligible for return as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. The following cannot be returned due to health/safety reasons: opened vitamins or supplements, perishable/consumable items, digital downloads.

How do I start a return? Email us atmailto:95hymn_taskbar@icloud.com with your order number and a brief note. We respond within 1–2 business days. We'll send a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

When will I get my refund? Within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, issued back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong? Photo + email us. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice. No hoops.
